Richard T. Arnold failed to attend his scheduled deposition. The district court ordered Arnold to appear at a subsequent deposition, but he again failed to appear. The court then dismissed Arnolds complaint with prejudice, and Arnold appealed. We dismiss the bulk of the appeal for lack of appellate jurisdiction; we affirm the district courts judgment with respect to the one matter within our purview.
